It's Q&A time for newbies

Q1: I don't have many Silver Shells at the beginning. Any suggestions on the purchase decision of the gold equipment?
A1: The gold equipment from level 60 could be advanced to 70/80/90+ and stay with you. The equipment can trigger the set effects if you equip a certain number of equipment in the same set. Different classes have their required set effects. So if you have a shortage of your shells, you can wait to lvl 60, then buy the gold equipment set that is suitable for your class.

Q2: The Sky Castle carnival cart is hard to be escorted or destroyed. Any tips for this situation?
A2: There are different levels of the carnival carts randomly appearing after you collect the crystal. The higher level the cart is, the more difficult it is to be destroyed. So we recommend you choose the higher level cart (lvl 3 or lvl4) when you do the escort mission. And we recommend you choose lvl1 cart as the target for destroying the mission 

Q3: My farm level/experience doesn't change after I finish the farm orders. What is the problem?
A3: If you get married and your partner's farm is your main farm, to collect your farm EXP and level up, your partner needs to collect the farm order rewards from the mail even if the orders are finished by yourself.

Q4: My 350/800 helper cards disappeared without noticing.
A4: There are two avatars which cost 350/800 help cards to unlock. If you plan to use helper cards for something else, please check carefully if you really want to unlock the avatar.

Q5: I can't finish 10 trains in the guild cargo activity. The progress stops at 8 or 9 and no more trains come.
A5: If you force refresh the train, you will lose one train permanently this week. Please check carefully if you can finish the train before you actually submit any cargo in case you cannot afford one of the trains.

Q6: I got a purple dragon egg but it disappeared. I couldn’t find it in any bag/vault.
A6: The purple dragon egg is stored in warmount storage. So you won't be able to see your dragon egg until your warmount function is activated at level 70.

Q7: The usage of magic extraction bottle.
A7: Step 1. Use the bottle to extract the special attribute that you want. Step 2. Use the bottle with the essence on the gear you want to equip/you already equipped
* Don't reverse the order.
And the same type gears at different levels may have different names. For example, the weapon's name at level 60 is "Apocalypse" while its name at level 70 is "Celestial Judgment". The essence couldn't be used between the same type gears.
